Animal Drawing Workshop- Sat 12th October (Accepts Creative Kids vouchers)

In this animal drawing workshop, you will learn from an experienced artist the knowledge and skills that you need to create a unique drawing of a quokka.
Learn basic drawing techniques and work with different colours to create a life-like animal artwork.

If you have always wanted to do something creative while having fun and bond with your family and friends, this workshop is for you! This would also be great as a birthday, thank you or anniversary gift for a loved one. This class is suitable for kids (ages 10 and above) and adults.

In a friendly and supportive environment, you will learn:
– basic drawing and sketching techniques
– how to use a reference photo to draw a life-like animal
– the importance of values to make a drawing look 3-dimensional
– layering techniques using coloured pencils

At the end of the class, you will receive:

An A4 size artwork that you have created in class that will be framed and ready for display at home!

Beginners welcome. No experience required.

Date: Saturday 12th October

Venue: 225 Morrison Rd, Putney

Time: 2-3:30pm

What to bring: All the tools will be provided. Just a positive attitude and readiness to learn something new!

Small class size to ensure attention can be given to each participant (maximum of 12 people). This class is suitable for adults and kids aged 10 and over.

Please note: we will need a minimum of four students in total to proceed with the workshop. If we do not reach the minimum number, we will reschedule or refund your booking.
Active and Creative Kids vouchers are welcomed for participants (aged 10-18 years). You can use your 1 or both of your vouchers if they have not been used (one available from the January 2024 and one from 15 July). To use the voucher, you will need to first check your eligibility and apply on Service NSW website. Then enter the following details on the check out page: your child’s full name, date of birth, creative kids voucher number, and your voucher’s expiry date.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 10 years old).
